An existing 1920s vintage 3-story parking garage in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood to be converted into 10 luxury condominium units while retaining and restoring the existing Clark St. and Orleans St. facades. The new structure will be clad in a glass curtain wall visually separating the distinct eras of construction.

Each condominium boasts a large outdoor terrace set behind the existing facades and in some cases using the masonry façade as a screen wall from the public street.

Two maisonette units were designed on Orleans St. with private entries, street-level living space and private stair up to the unit’s second floor dwelling space.
