This 72-unit, luxury condominium building is a continued evolution of its SGW-designed Belgravia Group predecessors and neighbors, CA IV and CA Washington.

With features of meticulous brick masonry and striking arched entries, the architecture of CA6 was inspired by the historical brick and stone industrial loft buildings of Chicago’s West Loop.

SGW suggested the creation of several top floor duplex units to vary the unit typology and the skyline. These units were so popular that we ultimately redesigned the entire top floor to accommodate duplexes.
