328 W Wisconsin

328 W. Wisconsin is a new, boutique, seven-unit condominium building in Chicago’s Old Town Triangle neighborhood. Occupying a through-lot between Wisconsin Street and Lincoln Avenue, this uniquely-situated building is flanked by a small public park that replaced the long-ago vacated right of way for Ogden Avenue. The building, therefore, fronts on both streets and the park, with pedestrian entrance directly from the park, and a consequent abundance of natural light to all sides.

The four-bedroom units offer gracious amenities on par with luxury single-family homes, but accomplished on a single level: a rare find in Chicago’s housing market. The units all share a large rooftop terrace equipped with a luxurious outdoor kitchen.

We designed the exterior composition in two colors of brick to speak to the client’s modernist aesthetic while referencing the vernacular materials of the neighborhood.
