This mixed-use urban infill building houses 18 residential units in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.

Each of the carefully planned units ranges in size from 1,250 to 2,100 sq. ft., and are situated over 3 commercial spaces developed for a telephone store, a chiropractor and a dry cleaning service.

The project was designed at a scale that is consistent with the surrounding community and uses.  The carefully articulated masonry and crisp details that include exposed steel lintels and corrugated steel spandrel panels add character to the building along the street.
