2554 W. Logan Boulevard was honored with a 2004 Silver Award by the Association of Licensed Architects and a 2006 Gold Key Award by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.

This building was designed to house 8 condominium units, on an urban infill site in a historic Chicago neighborhood.

The building is set back fifty feet from the boulevard, so stacked open porches were created at the front to take advantage of this generous yard and the park-like nature of the surroundings, and to shade the south frontage.
