This 2-story, 122,600 sf self-storage conversion doubled the number of stories and gross area of a past furniture store and warehouse by lifting the existing roof nearly eleven feet and adding an interior second floor.

The facility now features 840 premium climate controlled storage units, including large exterior access units. Building access is provided through a new rental office with fireplace and seating area, a large walk-in loading area, and two double-bay, drive-in loading docks.

The exterior facade was modernized with new massing elements at the office entry, loading docks, large canopies, and a brighter color scheme. New and existing storefront windows offer views into display areas, loading docks, and the rental office.
