Renovation of an existing 3-story industrial building into affordable loft condominiums in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.
The brick exterior walls and heavy timber construction were left exposed within the 42 unit building, which maintained the historic industrial aesthetic.
The loft building consists of 1 and 2 bedroom units, and included the design of a new 2-story, 42 car concrete parking garage structure.
