This project is a new construction, 3-story, self-storage facility. The 108,438 sf building houses 825 premium climate controlled storage units, including large exterior access units. As well as, a rental office space, a large walk-in loading area, and two double-bay, drive-in loading docks.

The buildingwas designed to have a retail appearance with the large storefronts and display areas, in which provide an architectural interest. The retail appearance is continued with the modern design of the rental office, which includes a seating area with fireplace and a coffee service station.
