The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago: 2009 Gold Key Award

This project was honored with a 2009 Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago excellence in Housing Design Gold Key Award.

The development included three new homes ranging from 7,300 to 8,500 sq. ft. with attached 4-car garages on separate extra-wide lots, located near Oz Park in the heart of Lincoln Park.

Fully designed and detailed interiors package of all main living spaces and baths, with custom fireplace surrounds, door/window casings, base molding and wall paneling by SGW.

Elegant Kansas Silverdale and Indiana buff limestone façades with distinctly different yet complimentary features on each home; custom wrought iron railing patterns by SGW add the finishing touch.
