CoBBLER'S SQUARE

Originally built in the late 1800s, Cobbler Square was the home to the loft manufacturing facility for Dr. Scholl’s foot care products. In 1981 the property was purchased and over the next few years was converted into the present mixed-use apartement and retail complex located in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago.

SGW was hired to provide a comprehensive redesign of nearly all common elements, including all interior building corridors and exterior courtyards. This renovation also provided for a new outdoor roof deck, a new fitness room, and a new office addition with lobby, business center, mail room, lounge and bathrooms.
