This conversion of an existing 4 story concrete loft structure into a high-end residential self-storage facility for Lock Up Development includes a retail space planned for Thomasville Furniture.

As the building is located in a protected manufacturing district, meetings with community organizations were required to obtain a special use variance for the project.
