Prairie Court is a new townhome project in Chicago’s South Loop Neighborhood consisting of 55 3-story and 4-story units.  

Unit sizes range from 2,500 SF with 3 bedrooms to 4,100 SF with 4 bedrooms, a media room, and sun room.

The project was designed in the Chicago prairie style with repetition of piers and continuous banding at the base. Each unit has an individual identity, but remains part of the larger building. This was accomplished with limestone door surrounds and varying the scale of the piers.

The project was subject to the City of Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance.
