We designed this 30-unit, East Lincoln Park condominium building and lobby interiors with the needs of growing families in mind.

Built as a complement to a sister luxury condo building, 2773 N. Hampden boasts units resourcefully configured to feature a rare four bedrooms plus a sizable office, all within compact footprints of 1,950 to 2,300 square feet.

We also created private stairs to the rooftop decks for each penthouse unit, while keeping the layout of all of the units consistent throughout the building—a considerable time-saver when it came to construction.

And who wouldn’t appreciate that?
