Through the State of Illinois Capital Development Board, new prefinished metal roof and steel framing for the consolidation of two 50-year old engineered metal buildings into one building, at the historic AASHTO Test Site in Ottawa, IL. SGW provided permit, bid and construction documents, as well as construction observation services.
