The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago: 2008 Silver Key Award

This phased mixed-use development in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood possesses a unique facade that has varying setbacks to create depth.  This masonry detailing forms a beautiful composition along the street.
Strong vertical elements are softened by horizontal stone banding and details.
Across the facade a consistent rhythm of openings for residential windows and private railings provides a visual cohesiveness.
Five retail spaces along the ground floor contribute to and enhance pedestrian activity along the street.  The building houses 44 residential units ranging in size from 1,445 to
1,805 sq. ft.
