Sullivan Goulette & Wilson worked with LifeStorage to redevelop an aging industrial building into climate controlled self storage with a drive through, 8,000 SF of retail and 8,000 SF of office suites, providing a business incubator for the village of Harwood Heights.

SGW gave the facade an updated appearance while working with the style of the existing facade. Combined with the new landscaping this brings the building from the background to the foreground.
