New construction, 8-unit town home development in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.

Each unit is a 3-story, 3-bed, 2-bath unit with a detached garage & large private backyard.

The buildings are fully sprinklered, and the utilization of wood frame construction made this project cost effective for the developer.
