We transformed a long-underutilized section of downtown Naperville into a thriving, central destination for the Naperville community. With inventive solutions, we successfully created a mixed-use space for pedestrians that was woven into the existing downtown fabric.

The master planning phase was kicked-off with a community design charrette. We were retained as the lead architect to execute planning, entitlement, architectural design and construction document services to bring the project to fruition.

In our unique design, open public space was the central planning concept. The development consists of five buildings, including 50,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, a three-story office building, a 520-car parking garage and the Hotel Indigo.
