On a mission to change how people think about seafood, Brown Bag Seafood Co. was eager to open its newest restaurant in Willis Tower.
The demand was a comfortable and easy-to navigate space. Strategic and savvy kitchen design maximized 950 SqFt.
Communicating an “elevated seafood shack; we met the challenge with a rope swag ceiling, brass stations with menu pails, and a custom sauce bar with dock cleat pulls.
