SGW Architecture & Design

This 686 unit residential self storage facility was a conversion of an existing office building. The facility includes the addition of multiple new construction one-story drive-up storage units in the former parking lot located behind the existing building. 

The implementation of the design was taken through rigorous neighborhood group concerns and also accommodates the communities future boulevard street design.

The building also maintains commercial office tenant space on the second floor with shared circulation and restrooms.
