The Guesthouse Hotel is a new 25-room, 63,000 Sq. Ft. boutique hotel in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood. The rooms were carefully designed in an apartment style for long term stays, including a kitchen and laundry. The building features a public roof deck, business center, workout room, spacious lobby, and a party room that can be rented out for special occasions.
