Honored with the 2006 Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago Excellence in Housing Design Silver Key Award.

This mixed-use building addresses a corner lot in an appropriately urbanistic manner. The walls are enriched by deep brick and stone piers and stone canopies which reference the Prairie School lineage of Chicago’s architectural history. The masonry detailing allows the building to engage in a respectful dialog with the traditional streetscape of the neighborhood.
