This project incorporates the rehabilitation of an existing building on the National Registry with the addition of a new 5-story condominium building.

The detailed ornamental Romanesque architecture of the new structure, complete with resplendent porches and buttresses, compliments the existing building.

Sited on a prominent corner, the new building displays meticulous craftsmanship in both brick and stone that is indicative of the 6 luxury residences housed inside.
