The 4700 block of North Clark Street was conceived with the intent to strengthen and elaborate the urban fabric of Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood.

This phased, mixed-use project has been designed at a scale that is consistent with the neighborhood and uses surrounding it.

Carefully articulated masonry adds depth and character to the facade, while a consistent rhythm of openings for the generous residential outdoor spaces and ground floor arcade creates a cohesiveness throughout the project.
